We are shipping worldwide, including PO Boxes. Your order will be shipped out from various locations worldwide (no prescription needed). It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address, than your credit card is registered with. Shipment is ALWAYS FREE, regardless quantity or weight of the total order. Please allow 7-15 business days delivery by international certified airmail. This service requires signature upon reception. Please allow 1-3 business days, after your payment, for your order to be processed, and shipped out. Note that we are not shipping on weekends or during public holidays. Shipments are VERY discreet, sent from non-corporate address. Realtime location tracking is not available, but there is a delivery confirmation.
LOST SHIPMENTS/ERRORS Your order will be reshipped, with no additional cost, in case you did not receive it within 20 business days, counted from our shipping confirmation email. However, the provided shipping address must be correct, and we do not cover delivery mistakes made by postal employees. Your postal service will deliver your order to your door. If nobody can sign for, it will be stored at your post office for up to a month, and can be conveniently picked up there anytime. We cannot cover free reshipping if the customer fails to pick it up during that period. Any missing/wrong products will be replaced/corrected for you, with no additional cost. Customs seizure is a rare issue, but if encountered, please scan the notice for us, and we will reship for free. RETURNS All sales are final, since cards are processed in realtime. However we allow for a 24 hours cancellation period, starting from customers payment. |
